Terms of Service

All prices are in USD only.

50% of the total commission price must be paid upfront before the commission begins. The remaining 50% must be paid upon a finalized and approved sketch before lineart begins. Skeb style commissions require 100% of the commission price upfront.

I only accept payment through PayPal, Cashapp, and Venmo. I will not accept other forms of payment unless prior agreement has been made.

Refunds are unavailable once the commission has progressed past the lineart stage. Partial refunds are available if the commission has yet to be fully lined.

In the event a client ghosts or does not reply within the following month of a provided WIP and after multiple attempts at contact with the client, the client forfeits the right to a full OR partial refund.

I will not take on a commission from zoophiles, pedophiles, proshippers, pro-harmful paraphilia activists, transmedicalists, trans exclusionary radical feminists, ageplayers, and those who participate in the Adult Baby Diaper Lover community for my own comfort.

I will not take on a commission if the client does not have a clear and unshaded reference sheet OR reference photo(s).

Commissioning work for blacklisted individuals will result in you also being blacklisted. This, of course, does not apply if the commission was pruchased before an idividual has been blacklisted.

My work is to be used for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. It is not to be used for NFTs, generative AI or for any AI training purposes. If the client has been found to have used my work for AI, they will be blacklisted from further commissions.

Do not edit my work, line my sketches, color my work, use a sketch or lineart as a base, or use my work for commercial merchandise without my expicit written permission.

Do not remove my watermark from and work provided.I reserve the right to use finished artwork/commissions to promote myself and my work.

In the event the commissioner does not respond within the following month of a provided WIP and after multiple attempts at contact with the client, the commission will no longer be saved to my files as a way to maintain cleanliness of my PC. Refunds, as stated above, shall remain available until the commission file is deleted.

Due to chronic fatigue and pain, I do not have a fixed turn around time. However, the client will always be updated throughout the commission process and informed of any delays.

Unless more monetary value has been added onto an adopt, do not sell it for more than what you paid for it.

Adopts are available to be held for up to 72 hours. If I have not recieved payment or a payment plan has not been agreed upon within that time, the adopt will be taken off hold and available for others.
